All orders from stock will be shipped the next working day at the latest. Personalization generally takes 3-5 business days. However, we are also dependent on third parties, so please understand if it takes a day longer. The Skull Gear Hoodies from size 7XL to 9XL currently also have a delivery time of 3-5 working days. Hoodies cannot be tried on or exchanged due to hygienic reasons. It is therefore important to measure the sizes carefully before ordering. (However, we do have fitting models available in different sizes if this is necessary.) Exchanges must be registered within 5 days and sent to us within 10 days. The item to be exchanged must be in unused condition. In the event of an incorrect measurement, the shipping costs will be charged to the buyer (dimensions are clearly stated everywhere, and it is always possible to ask for help). In the event of an incorrect delivery, the shipping costs will of course be charged to the sales.
